    Account data: Email address, full name, and password hash when you create an account.

    Monitoring data: URLs you add for monitoring, response times, status codes, and uptime history.

    Usage data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address for analytics and security.

    Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.

    2. How We Use Your Data

    We use your data to: provide and improve the Service; send alerts and notifications; process payments; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud and abuse.

    3. Data Sharing

    We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe for payment processing; Resend for email delivery; service providers necessary to operate the Service. All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

    4. Data Retention

    Monitoring check data is retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until you delete your account. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

    5. Your Rights (GDPR)

    If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; object to processing; withdraw consent at any time.

    We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies only with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner.

    7. Security

    We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted and audited. We conduct regular security reviews.

    8. International Transfers

    Your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. We ensure adequate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms.

    9. Children

    The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

    10. Changes

    We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
